A beautiful place to work
We believe children should have inviting and provoking environments at all times, so not only they can develop in all areas of learning, but also have a place where their enquiries are visible, supported and challenged. Our nurseries beautiful and mindful aesthetics reflect our values, acting as a ‘third teacher.’ After all children like lovely things just like adults! Our resources are non-prescribed and spaces are carefully curated to provoke children’s enquiry, creativity and deep thinking.
We listen to children’s ideas, offer resources, reflect as a key pedagogical team and make proposals back for the children to extend their research through purposeful play – discovering more of the world around them. We know that if you help children work out what they are interested in, what questions they have or what they like to explore, they are more motivated to learn. Sometimes this exploring and learning can turn into fun projects lasting many months. Please see below a list of current positions available across our nursery group. We’d be delighted to show you our unique approach so feel free to get in touch and arrange a visit.
