Hayley Peacock Owner and Director of Education Hayley opened Little Barn Owls in February 2010. The second LBO nursery opened a year after. Hayley oversees Care, Education, and Staff Development in both nurseries. Hayley is a Mum to three children including Issy and Indie who attend the Tawny Owls 2-5's nursery four days a week.

Group Manager Level 3 Cache Diploma in Childcare & EducationFaye joined the company in April 2010 and has over 7 years Management experience in Day Nurseries. Faye is the first contact for all parents and is the Operational Manager for both nurseries.

NVQ Level 3 in Childcare Hannah joined the company in June 2011 and has attended various placements through college to gain experience in Nurseries and schools. Hannah studied with us on placement and is now a full time nursery nurse and keyworker.

Nursery Chef Di joined the company in March 2011 and prepares all the children's meals in accordance with food hygiene regulations. Di is also responsible for all our home cooked menus and has over 20 years experience working in a school. Di also occasionally assists in the nurseries.

NVQ Level 4 in Childcare & Education Julie joined the company in November and has over 12 years experience of working in a variety of settings. She is responsible for the day to day running and staff deployment of our Tawny Owls 2-5's unit.
