Our Fees

Our nursery fees are fully inclusive of 3 meals a day plus a morning and afternoon snack, milk, juice and all biodegradable nappies, wipes and nappy creams.

Snowy & Tawny Owls – 0 to 5 years old
School day session 8am – 3pm (Includes breakfast, snack and home cooked lunch)	£42

Tawny Owls – 3 to 5 years old with Nursery Grant Funding
(the term after your child turns 3 )

As we offer the funding for the full 51 weeks we are open, a maximum of 11 hours a week is available to be taken over a minimum of either:

• 2 x full days (maxiumum discount of £176.24 per month)
• 3 x school days
• 2 x afternoons + 1 x school day
• 2 x school day + 1 x afternoons

The discount from the funding is the full amount paid by the government of £3.77 per hour. Please call to enquire regarding the discount you would receive according to which sessions you require if less than the above combinations as you will still be legible for significant funding of either 3, 6 or 9 hours a week.

Our nursery discounts:

• 10% discount is awarded to all full time children
• 10% discount will be given for siblings
• 10% discount will be given for twins and triplets

Flexible and Emergency Childcare

For parents who may need child care for the occasional session or odd day we'd be happy to offer your child any sessions where we have space due to holiday absence. Priority will be given to children who regularly attend the nursery, but give us a call and we will do our very best to help

Invoicing

Fees are collected in advance on the 1st day of every month and are to be paid by standing order electronically. Fees are calculated by taking the weekly figure payable X 51 weeks a year, divided into 12 equal payments. Any extra sessions used in the month can be paid by cash or cheque in advance. A refundable deposit of £100 is payable to reserve your child's place in the nursery and this will be deducted from your invoice on the last month before your child leaves the nursery. There is generally no reduction in fees for absence due to holidays and sickness, only in very severe cases would this be considered. Our nursery closes at 6pm sharp as we have to vacate the building at that time. To have time to discuss your child's day with you we ask that children are collected from 5.45 – 6pm. Late collection after 6pm will be charged.
